Definition of Service ​

The application installation service fee charged by this platform refers to the labor and technical fees collected for the download, installation, basic configuration, and runtime environment debugging of designated software provided by the platform or technical personnel.

Fee Description ​

• Independence: Payment of the service fee only signifies the purchase of installation services for the specific application and the entitlement to technical support for said installation.
• After-sales: You may apply for unconditional after-sales service (refund) within 3 days of paying the installation service fee. The platform will process the refund within 3 business days.
• Maintenance Period: Once the 3-day period has passed, the service enters the maintenance phase, and no refunds will be granted. If you encounter any issues, please contact our online technical staff for coordination and resolution.

Pre-installation Preparation ​

Before installation, please review the application details to understand the minimum system requirements (such as operating system version, storage space, graphics card, VRAM, RAM, etc.).

Disclaimer ​

• If an application is removed from the platform due to reasons beyond our control (such as changes in application licensing), no refunds will be provided for installations exceeding three months. For installations within three months, we will refund the service fee but shall not be liable for any other compensation.
• The installation services we provide do not include tutorials or instructional training.
