After-Sales Notice for Installation Services
Service Completion Standard
The "Completed" status for the One-Click Installation Service is defined as: You have successfully run and completed the installation on the target device via our exclusive installation channel, and the designated application can be opened normally and access the main interface.
After-Sales Rights and Warranty
Starting from the moment the installation service fee is paid, you are entitled to a 3-day unconditional after-sales and refund period. Once this 3-day window expires, the service will automatically transition into the Maintenance Period.
Disclaimers and Exclusions
The following scenarios are not covered under free after-sales support:
- Device Compatibility: Your device does not meet the minimum system requirements clearly posted (e.g., the operating system version is too low), but this was overlooked at the time of purchase.
- User Modifications: You have personally made secondary modifications to the installed application, deleted files, overwritten the installation with other versions, or used third-party tools for "optimization."
- Official Changes: If the application is delisted due to factors beyond our control, such as changes to the developer's licensing scope: no refunds will be issued for installations older than three months. For installations within three months, we will refund the service fee but will not be liable for any other compensation.
Version Update Policy
The One-Click Installation version we provide is based on the application version available at a specific point in time.
- Minor Updates: During the maintenance period, if the application receives minor official updates, you do not need to pay the installation service fee again; simply update through the original application details page.
- Major Iterations: If a major version iteration or official architectural adjustment requires a complete re-processing of the installation, additional fees may apply.
The service purchased by the user is based on the version available at the time of payment. Subsequent version updates are provided as a free benefit. Users can update for free provided the application is not deleted. However, we do not guarantee permanent version-follow update services for the application, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding installation quality, the judgment will be based on our technical backend records and the evidence of the issue provided by you.
